IZAR CUTTING TOOLS S.A.L., the cutting tool manufacturing company leader in the Spanish market, presents itself in its reference-show with more innovations than ever. IZAR customers and users will be able to see these new products in the stand D-19 E-20 the Basque company has in the Pavilion nº5.
IZAR presents in Ferroforma its new Izar Point catalogue for the construction professional market, an strategic bet even now that the sector in Spain is living a deep recession.

Izar Point Diamond
IZAR wants to contribute for a more efficient building workers job and, for that reason, Izar Point presents many new products. Along them we can emphasize its new diamond line, which gives a solution to some of the most important needs of the professionals:
   - - Ref. 1860- Segmented core bits for concrete, even reinforced, in diameters between 32 and 300 mm.

   - - Ref. 1850-51-52-53-54- Cutting blades for general works, professional works and porcelain materials, all of them to use with disc grinder in diameters 115 and 230 mm.

   - - Ref. 1883- Electrocast diamond core bits, special for porcelain and high hardness materials; for using with disc grinder, at high speed and non-stop water-cooling, in diameters from 6 to 75 mm.



Solutions for reinforced concrete
Izar Point presents its new SDS plus Ref. 1891 Zentro4 hammer drill bit, with one-piece solid carbide tip and reinforced chamfering, an optimised 4x90º symmetry, lateral supports, centring point and a symmetrical & high-volume flute.
Thanks to all, you get an even cutting edge function, low vibrations and a better torsional forces resistant tool, with better precision, low wear and great material removal.
In short, you get a drill bit that does not break because of the cavity rods and that gives an excellent performance when drilling reinforced concrete.

New hole saw range
We could emphasize also the new Multipro Ref. 1647 hole saw for different building materials, such as brick, wood, ceramics, fibreglass… in diameters from 16 to 160 mm. It comes with different centre drills depending on the material to work and with some special quick-change adapters for a faster and more effective work.
Adapted to this new spindles and centre drills you will find also two new carbide hole saws, one of them carbide tipped Ref. 1661 in diameters 19 to 102 mm and the other one electrodeposited carbide powdered Ref. 1662 between 16 and 102 mm. Both of them are multipurpose (wood, ceramics, fibreglass) with some differences, such as that the first one is suitable for stainless steels & plastics and the second one for glass & Kevlar.
